ManagingIP.comThis is an excellent and comprehensive web guide to IP in the field of biotechnology. The site has lots of useful and current information. Although not all resources are instantly accessible without registration, many are. This site contains current information on various changes in IP laws, interpretation of these laws, and litigation outcomes related to IP disputes in a selection of jurisdictions. The articles are written by well-respected IP professionals worldwide. The “International Briefings” link, which takes you to country-specific articles, is particularly useful. Patent Information Users’ Group, Inc (PIUG)A not-for-profit organization for individuals having a professional, scientific or technical interest in patent information. With the ever increas/ing volume of patents and related technical documents, the effective retrieval and analysis of patent information has become an essential skill in business. United States National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Technology TransferThe NIH Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) is working to address global health challenges by facilitating the transfer of technologies to people around the world. With many years of intellectual property management experience, OTT is ideally positioned to move technologies from the public sector to private industry in the U.S. and abroad.
